We provide online shopping for both our men’s and women’s collections through our website. We are adding new items regularly. Stay tuned!

What are your return and exchange policies?

FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES:

No refunds after 7 days.

Your receipt must accompany all exchanges and returns.
All cash & credit card refunds are subject to 20% service charge or full credit on exchanges.

All sales are FINAL on sale merchandise, altered clothing and accessories.

We do not accept returns on Evening Gowns, Cocktail and Day Dresses. Please contact our stores if you have any specific inquiries.

FOR ONLINE PURCHASES:

Do you provide alterations service?

We offer expert alterations at additional cost for only items purchased from Barcelino. Please contact our stores for more information.

Do you provide Made-to-Measure service?

Yes. We provide Made-to-Measure for Suits & Jackets, Pants, and Dress Shirts all made in Italy. Please contact our stores for more details or to set up an appointment.

What about international orders and shipping?

At this time, we do not sell or ship our products internationally. 

Do you provide shipping to other states?

Yes and depending, you may be eligible to save on the California sales tax. Please contact our stores for more information.

I can’t make the time to visit your store. How else can I shop from you?

We have expert fashion stylists at each of our stores. Contact your favorite Barcelino store and our stylists will assist you with catalog pictures and sizing information. We can take orders over the phone!
