Shipping Policy
We will ship your purchase within 1-5 business days depending on availability of goods. It is our full intent to deliver in a timely manner.
Online Return and Refund Policy
If you need to return or exchange your online purchase, we will do our best to accommodate your request. We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, we do handle returns on a case by case basis. We stand behind our goods and services and want our customers to be satisfied and enjoy a good experience with Barcelino.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at barcelino@barcelino.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted for a refund.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders, custom-made and/or altered clothing.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Upon approval of and acceptance of your returned item, you'll be promptly refunded on your original payment method. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
